   As a collaborating structure of the W.H.O., the Centre has established a wide network of international relations, both in the thermal medicine and in the traditional medicine area.
   Director Umberto Solimene is also the Secretary General of F.E.M.T.E.C. (World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy), co-ordinating National Thermal Organizations in 42 countries.
   The co-operation with the Centre for Astronaut Training "Y.Gagarin" in Moscow deserves special mentioning: such co-operation has been going on for several years for the study of oxidative cell stress and astronaut rehabilitation after missions.
   A similar agreement is being defined with the NASA.
